PROVINCIAL WKC QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT

By enter the Karate Tournament which is held on March 25, 2023 at the Weyburn Comprehensive School, Weyburn, Saskatchewan. I hereby voluntarily agree to assume the attendant risk of any physical injury. I (competitor) intending to be legally bonding myself, my heirs, administrators, and assigns, do hereby waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the schools, clubs, its owners, representatives, and successors for any and all injuries suffered by me in the course of competition.

This tournament is sanctioned by the SMAA (Saskatchewan Martial Arts Association)

Only Saskatchewan residents eligible for WKC qualifications.

We reserve the right to use all film and photographs for promotional purposes

***Must bring your own music and speaker for musical divisions***

Spectator fee- $10.00 (Pay at door- cash only)
