Cancellation/ Refunds
We understand that sickness, injury and inclement weather can cause problems.
Cancellation of registration and admission tickets will be permitted anytime, however, full refunds will only be given up until midnight on March 6, 2024 and 50% until March 8, 2023. NO REFUNDS after March 8 @ 11:59 p.m.
NO SHOW = NO REFUND. If you DO NOT contact us and DO NOT show up, SORRY you won't get any money back.
If payment is not received for athlete by March 6, 11:59 pm, registration will be marked as NOT APPROVED and the athlete will not be allowed to compete.
NOTE: NO WALK IN COMPETITORS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! All competitors must be pre-registered and PAID before March 6, 2024 23:59. Early bird prices for registration before February 17
PLEASE ENSURE YOU REGISTER FOR ALL YOUR EVENTS BEFORE THE DEADLINE. WE WILL NOT ADD EVENTS ON THE TOURNAMENT DAY!!!
