2024 SMAA Provincial Championships

Welcome! We are excited to be back in action and offering a provincial level championship tournament.

• Saturday, May 11th, 2024
• Registration/Check in: 9:00am to 9:45am
• Officials Meeting: 10:00am
• Bow in - Tournament Start: 10:15am

For this year athletes must:

• Have attended ONE (1) SMAA sanctioned tournament and placed 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th at one of the tournaments they attended to qualify. 
• Be ranked in top 8 in their division - see rankings here
• Friendly reminder that regardless of what age/belt division the athlete competed in to qualify for Provincials, they will compete in the appropriate age/belt division they are the day of the tournament.  (Ex.  If an athlete competed in 13-Year-Old, Yellow Belt Point Sparring to qualify for Provincials, but is 14 and an Orange belt the day of Provincials, they will compete in 14-Year-Old, Orange Belt Point Sparring if they are still ranked in top 8).
• ALL athletes must be a resident of Saskatchewan.

• The registration deadline for Provincials will be May 6th 23:59 pm

NOTE: NO WALK IN COMPETITORS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! All competitors must be pre-registered and PAID before May 6th 23:59. Late fees April 29-May 6
