Cancellation/ Refunds
We understand that sickness, injury and inclement weather can cause problems.
Cancellation of registration and admission tickets will be permitted anytime, however, full refunds will only be given up until midnight on March 1st, 2023 and 50% until March 3, 2023. NO REFUNDS after March 3 @ 11:59 p.m.
NO SHOW = NO REFUND. If you DO NOT contact us and DO NOT show up, SORRY you won't get any money back.
If payment is not received for athlete by March 1st 11:59 pm, registration will be marked as NOT APPROVED and the athlete will not be allowed to compete.
NOTE: NO WALK IN COMPETITORS WILL BE ACCEPTED!!! All competitors must be pre-registered and PAID before March 1, 2023 23:59. Early bird prices for registration before February 18
