Saturday, March 4 - General Schedule guideline

8:30-9:30 - Competitor Check Ins/ Spectator Admission (late check in allowed, find Master Forster)

9:20 - Judges Meeting (Black, Brown, Red, Blue belts 14+)

9:45 - Opening Ceremonies w/ ICE BREAK

10:00 - Black Belt Empty Hand Forms & Weapon Forms

- Color Belt Weapon Forms (starting youngest/ lowest ranks)

- Color Belt Empty Hand Forms

- Black Belt Point & Weapon Sparring

- Team Point & Weapon Sparring

- Black Belt Cutting & Power Breaking (including Grand Champion presentations)

- Color Belt Empty Hand Forms/ Point & Weapon Sparring (starting youngest/ lowest ranks)

Color Belts (except weapon forms) will compete in all events in the same ring. Example: White/ Yellow - 4 & 5-year-olds will complete all their divisions in Ring 1.

Note: No "lunch break" is scheduled. Competitors are encouraged to eat between their events. Black Belt judges and volunteers will be rotated out to eat. 

The schedule above is a guideline of event order. If you're not sure when you will be competiting, don't leave the building (or keep an eye on Smoothcomp). DIVISIONS WILL NOT BE RESTARTED! DO NOT MISS YOUR DIVISIONS!

Keep an eye on Smoothcomp for up to the minute schedule and brackets. Take note of your Ring-Match number for easier searching and time tracking. Times are dynamic and change in real time!

Technically an athlete can arrive late and still check in as long as any of their divisions haven't been started. However, the schedule is updated dynamically and if the tournament runs fast, that athlete runs the risk of missing their divisions.
